Our mission: Promote the culinary heritage from the Atlantic to the Loire Valley. We are a family of regional artisans, producers and chefs. Every one of us complies with a strict quality charter: - Produce in the Nantes - Saint-Nazaire region
- Locally source 50% of raw materials used (200 km radius around Nantes)
- Opt for short supply chains / seasonal products We promote actors through: - shared communication - event catering services - the sale of gift boxes - distribution in our Pop Up store in Nantes’ Galeries Lafayette.
