Description
In the heart of the île de Nantes, along the Loire River, the Vatel restaurant features an elegantly decorated dining room and upscale, modular and fully equipped reception rooms. The chef and students offer a menu that showcases some of the goodness our region has to offer. Prepared using fresh products, dishes are reinvented with each season and are paired with a selection of nectars produced in our prestigious wine regions. All the reception rooms are bathed in natural light. These modular spaces ranging from 95 to 350 m2 can welcome up to 380 people. And because we believe that every event needs just the right environment and services, we take the time to develop a solution perfectly adapted to your needs.
