Description
City One Events, assists you in providing reception staff. Our agency is
wants facilitator!
We will welcome your guests at their arrival at the airport or station with support during transfers.
Then on site, our reception teams will be present to ensure the attendance, the management of the locker room & luggage room, the orientation, the support and information for the guests.
We also accompany the caterers with staff at the service.
Our teams are briefed upstream, trained in the codes of the Reception.
At your side, a project events team present in Nantes to support you and ensure the smooth progress on the field!
