La Koncepterie's IKIGAI is to make communication and events powerful levers for transformation and collective vibrancy.

We are committed to sustainable cooperation, both economically and locally: ESUS accreditation to promote a positive economy, local service providers mainly from the Social and Solidarity Economy, HQ's located in areas where we are very involved.
Through long-term, tangible actions, we are helping to transform the events sector: event labelling, co-creation and animation of the events fresco, collective intelligence workshops, etc.
For collective liberation, we practice a management style that reflects our own : democratic and shared governance, festive, collective and learning moments, teleworking, flex HQ and flexible working hours, etc.
