Our sustainable approach
The 20-hectare Forest: It is PEFC-certified, guaranteeing sustainable management of our forest resources.
The House: The building is carefully insulated to prevent energy loss. All openings have been replaced (80 units). We have equipped the château with LED lighting.
Sanitary Facilities: Shower temperatures are preset, and we use a dual water network connected to a well.
Parking Areas: They are laid out on gravel surfaces and mown grassland to reduce the use of asphalt.
Catering: Professional dishwasher and waste sorting.
The Park: Use of mulching to reduce water consumption and no use of pesticides.
