Description

Dockside is a food hall and microbrewery where industrial design meets a colorful, warm and festive atmosphere. Designed as both a vibrant social venue and an event destination, it brings together several world-inspired restaurants, a large central bar and on-site beer production that set the pace for evenings and corporate highlights alike.

The venue encourages connection through diverse culinary experiences, while its flexible spaces allow for multiple formats, from informal meetings to company parties, in a lively yet well-structured setting.

A terrace extends the experience with relaxed moments, and indoor leisure activities and entertainment can be added to suit each event.

Our sustainable approach

Dockside is committed to more sustainable and circular dining through several concrete actions.
Alongside catered buffets, the food hall offers an e-wallet system that helps reduce food waste, supported by public awareness campaigns.

Dockside serves only local, craft beers and promotes the reuse of by-products from its brewing process.

An eight-stream waste sorting system is in place, including packaging recycling, oil recovery and the treatment of organic waste through a biodigester.

Energy-saving measures complete the approach: LED lighting, electrical optimization of equipment, a closed-loop microbrewery system and reduced water consumption.
