Le Lieu-Dit thinks hospitality by creating a true meeting place for travelers and locals alike. With 31 rooms designed using reclaimed materials, a 100% local grocery store, and an event hall, the hotel embraces conviviality and responsibility.
Its restaurant, Gasparelli, offers vibrant, eco-conscious cuisine, while a repurposed boat serves as a unique meeting space.

Designed as a village square, Le Lieu-Dit encourages cultural exchanges and supports the local economy. More than just a hotel, it is a space for social and ecological innovation

Our sustainable approach

Le Lieu-Dit is committed to sustainable hospitality by rethinking every detail to minimize its environmental impact.
Rooms are zero waste, equipped with solid soaps and shampoos made in Nantes.
Furniture is reclaimed, featuring tables crafted from recycled badminton shuttlecocks and vintage sanitary fittings.
Breakfast is entirely sourced within a 100-kilometer radius, supporting local producers.
Showers are fitted with hourglasses to encourage mindful water use.
The hotel also features a repurposed boat as a unique meeting space, in collaboration with Bathô.
